Insight:

• Patent trends in India's solar energy industry show a strong and steady increase in publication in recent years.
• The top companies and inventors who have filed the most patents in this space include major players such as SMA SOLAR TECHNOLOGY, WACKER CHEMIE, FIRST SOLAR, SAINT GOBAIN GLASS, and SIEMENS, among others. Hindustan College Of Engineering & Technology recently published 16 patents on solar energy
